Koni offers 2 different tools for adjusting. I had fit problems also, and just cut the rim off of one tool with a hacksaw blade to use in the rear. The tool will fit above the tower, but will not contact the top of the strut piston to adjust it unless you order the other tool from Koni at $5.00, or trim the rim on the tool they provide. I understand that some people don't have a problem accessing the rears, and have wondered what the difference is in the strut towers.
