I have a similar problem... No Coil Overs but i get a wierd rattle and clunk from the rear of the car. I can nver find it though. Manually pushing it doesnt cause it. Sway Bar brakets and bushings are fine. I think what Terry said could be the problem. Not sure though.

Ask The Packrat if he had any 'clunks' after we fitted Koni's & Ground Controls in Mi and his 'test drive' was back to Md..!!!!!! ;)PS try this,set the shocks at 50% valving,adjust the G/Controls to have 1.5" left of drop on the front & 1.75" drop left on the rear...

Hummmmm, going back to near stock height to troubleshoot suspension geometry, eh? Good one! What I was going to suggest after reading through the posts...
