Well, I replaced my bearing today with a set from McMaster as the moises I was hearing were no longer tolerable. Got them shiiped to me here in Canada in less than 24hrs.

All went well with the replacement except that I pinched one of the washers between the strut and the upper mount (stupid me) and it cracked/snapped in half. All was not lost now. Surprisingly the original beaings were still good, but just horribly corroded. So I cleaned one of them up and it now rolls fine. Now I just have to get another washer. I checked a couple sources in Canada and they want something $4 CAD + tax when I it costs $1.03 US from McMaster and it will take them longer to get it than if I get it from McMaster. I think I may just order another backup bearing just in case and then have an entire set for one side for not much more than waht a single washer costs here.

Now my only question is if these are going to rust up like the last ones? If that's the case I think that Pascal's setup will have more longevity
