I have been looking to upgrade my suspension for quite some time now. I have heard that one improvement that can help your suspension dramatically is upgrading sway bars. I am planning on putting eibach pro-kit springs and koni's with 16 or 17 SSR rims and Potenza RE730's on my 2000 SE. Now, I have read every message about sway bars and I am still confused. I have heard so many numbers on the stock sizes of bars but I think the front is 20mm and the rear is 18mm. If that's not right I would appreciate the correction. Now, I have heard great things about the Aussie bar, which upgrades the rear to a 24mm. However Eibach produces a 22mm front and 25mm rear, not for our cars unfortunately but I was going to call them to ask. Would this not be a better overall set-up, 22mm front with 25mm rear? I have heard that the front doesn?t necessarily need to be replaced but why? Why would we want the bar to go from 19mm rear with 20mm front to a 24mm rear with a 20mm front? The increase is so dramatic with the Aussie bar compared to the stock set up. I want to be able to have the maximum amount of fun in the corners and I just don't want to screw anything up or waste my money. It would be great if someone could help me out. Hey, maybe we can even come up with a common "best set-up" for the suspension that people could reference to. Anyway, thanks again!
