Thanks for the help buckshot77 and mangler. I got the nut today and I'll see if I can salvage the bolt tomorrow. If not I'll contact you two. Sorry Terry got so torqued, but that's life. Glad I found out now he doesn't export. If there was justice his sources in Europe would act the same.

What crawled up his a$$ and died? Seriously Terry, a little competition from BAT and you are all bent out of shape? What's your problem?

Well I crawled under the car yesterday and fiddled and farted and I think I can fix it. I need to weld and extension to a 21mm wrench and it should reach up through the frame and drop onto the nut so I can tighten things. I'll see the welder at work on monday. Otherwise I'll have to get the old nut cut out and the new one welded in ( outside my do-it-yourself range ). For now I don't need the bolt. Thanks guys.
