Hey, I have a question for all you sway bar experts out there, but I am in fear of my life right now. I will thank the Lord tomorrow if I wake up and have not been killed by a CEG member with a little not beside me saying....next time use the "Search" option....
Anyway, I just ordered the BAT rear sway bar for my 99 svt. As of now, there is a clunking in the rear and I hope to fix it and prevent it from happening again. Besides installing the bushings that come with the car,what else do I need to do? I gather that I will need to weld new backing plates on the car along with the bar, but I am not 100% sure. I asked this on the forums because I wanted a direct answer from the experts, and did not want to chance messing it up.
