I'm pretty sure you won't rub with a 7.5" wheel, but keep in mind that the offset also counts. One guy here in so. cal has a 7.5" wheel with a 37mm offset, it rubs, another one put on a 7.5" wheel with a 42mm offset, it didn't rub. Both were Axis wheels, both were 18's. Both cars run stock shocks with H&R springs.
