Yep, there are some brackets that extend up a few inches in the rear. Where the main frame rails start to curve up into the trunk. They are probably heavy as **** though...the ground was about 30 degrees so we didn't look long.
Not sure about the weight...might add too much...depends on the person and the cars primary function.
