Well, I'm not the owner of the car but I talked somebody that has them(in person)about how good they were.
Jose97 is his screen name here, in the Utah forums. Anyway, he has a 97 with the SVT side skirts and rear bumper and you certainly can see them with that stuff on. If the sides were bare(no skirts at all)then they'd probably be visible.
They look pretty sweet, they're about the length of the side skirt and he had them welded, pretty much, down the entire length of the connector. To sum up what he said they make the car feel much more stable, especially in sweeping corners, and just give it a more solid feel all together.
Should be a worth while mod if the welding doesn't cost too much. I can't imagine it would, just lines...nothing major...I can't remember how much he said it cost him. I'm guessing $100 maybe less maybe more. HTH.
