Yes your bar would make a significant difference, but it' still quite a jump from 16mm.
It's not like I would even run your bar... OH YEAH.. I DO...
I seem to recall it being the best handling mod I've done hands down and probably one of the best singular mods overall as well. (my B&M is nice too)
