Adding any of the larger sway bars will increase squeak. I have the SCA 21mm bar and you just have to keep em lubed up.
I have been using this Free Astroglide Lube and since its water based it just doesn't seem to be working very well.

Actually was using White Lithium Grease but it still doesn't last too long. Will have to try the Marine Grease and shallow grooves.

I was thinking of going back to squeekless rubber bushings, since I have the 21mm bar I figured I wouldn't notice that much of a difference.

I recently purchased a tube of Chevron Marine Synthetic Lithium High Pressure Grease from Wal-Mart, in the auto section, and it seems to be working well.

I just need to order the Aussie backing plates cus my stock brackets bend after about 2-months and I get the dreaded bang everytime I hit a minor bump.

Might this have something to do with that ebrake cable TSB?
A good number of people complained about this squeak and were told to replace their bushings, but many still had the squeak until they did the ebrake cable fix.

Marine grease. Non water soluble. It's last's the longest & it's cheap too...

My fronts are finally squeeking (took almost 2 years with ES bushings - not bad for poly IMO)

Rear bar is still quiet though that was changed last spring...
