Thanks for settling that matter. Can I just drill the hole in the stock plate, use both bolts to tie the stock and backing plates together and then drive somewhere to get it welded or do I have to do it in exactly the order you listed in your instructions.

George You can, but you'll have to remove the brackets and bushings for welding or the poly will melt.
