Aussie, will these plates work for a 22mm BAT bar? Also, is it really necessary to order the end links from performance fords also?

I bought My Aussie bar a while back and have yet to install it. I guess I should buy these brackets. My question is where can i take the contour to have these welded on and how much would this run me? thank for all the help.

Say i was going to design some bigger plates, is there a reason why i could not use the slightly larger greasable poly bushings from energy. With all the squeaking I experienced, it would be nice to silence them with a few grease gun shots...
