I received two adjustment knobs with the set. One knob I left as is, the other I wittled away the outer plastic.(damn I wish I had a photo to show!). The knob as it comes from Koni does not fit in the space of the rear strut tower. By wittling away the edges around the knob (from the bottom side, not the side that has the writing on it), the knob sits in the space at the top of the strut tower better. This will allow you to seat the knob in there and find where it will latch into the strut. I hope this helps. If you need more info email me at svtcontour@rogers.com.

This might be a little easier. I took the short ones, pulled out the middle piece, bought some plastic super glue, it has a type of "kicker" or something like that, but you brush the kicker on first, then apply the super glue. Anyways, I looked how the two pieces are joined, it only can fit one way in. I cleaned both pieces (handle and slotted plastic piece), brushed on the first liquid, then put on small drops on the areas of contact. I then pushed the two pieces together, but did not push them all the way, letting the slotted piece hang out about a 1/4 of an inch or so (just eyeball it). Permanently bonded, and easier to get the adjuster on! Then mark the knob like the others said.
