I was given a Ford Racing STB from a friend. I got a dumb question before I install it. It bolts right on with no drilling but do I just loosen the bolts on top of each strut then re-tighten when the bar is in place or is there more to it??

Thanks in Advance
Brian

no i don't have any pics, its a stainless steel look and looks like it goes right over the tower and has ford engraved in one of the ends.

It has to just bolt on right over the tower, so if I take those bolts on the tower off to put the brace on, is anything going to happen to my suspension... As you can tell I don't know jack about suspension.

Well theres been some debate about that bar. its sounds like a Sho-Shop setup which is not good. One or 2 people here tryed it and it ended up brakeing one of the Strut Bolts. As far as how it goes on yes your right take off the bolts slide the brace over it then put the bolts back on. Just becareful man. If i were you i wouldnt chance it.

He also gave me a rear swar bar too by the same make.. I have two sway bars that are sitting in my basement now, don't know which one to throw on. The one I just got is hollow and the other one isn't and is really heavy. I sound like I don't know what I'm doing cause this stuff was just givin to me from a friend of a friend and haven't had a chance to find out what brand these are. I'll probably just end up selling the stuff.
