Hey Terry, my money is here whenever the arms are ready. They're about $150 a piece plus core right?

Terry, I got the Refurbished A-Arms last night.
AWESOME job mate, the new bushings look goog as does the new balljoint and paint job! smile

Lets just hope these bushings stay in there lnger than the original ones.

BTW would it be worth me trying to peen over the sleeves on the front bushings to try and stop them from moving upwards again?

They (Ford) did that on the rear bushings, but not the fronts, and thus the front don't like staying in there.

I'll post pics of the HMS A-Arms in a couple days.

BTW Terry, do you sell the bushings separately? I believe my ball joints are fine...

Finally took time out from house renovations to put the A-Arms in yesterday, along with the Konis that have bee waiting to go on for about 6 months now!

It was a lot of fiddling around especially having to cut the head off the bolt on the drivers side (as the GB is in the way), but with a hacksaw it wasn't that bad.

On the passenget side I was caught out though, as the DMD prevents you from pulling the fron bolt all the way out - BIATCH! The extra inertia ring is right above the bolt which is a PITA!

So I had to cut about 5mm of thread of the bottom of the bolt so I could remove it! I later reinstalled it upside down. wink

The new A-Arms and Konis are AWESOME. front end clunk from the shot bushings is obviously gone, and the Konis transform the car. And body roll is reduced even more. Steering response is soooo quick and dive from breaking and acceleration is almost gone.

Now with Koni's, H&R's, and my Sway Bar, the Contour handles like a real sports sedan. Can't wait to rip it up on the AutoX track this Summer! laugh

Terry, I will send out the old A-Arms ad your money this week.

I wish Terry don't abandon this project because I will buy it, and I'll pay $150 each arm for it. I will even put deposite down right now if that's what it take.
