My '99 SE is exactly the same. I noticed it after I put the Konis's and Eibachs. Turns out my buddy and I didn't get something tight so I took it to a mechanic, He fixed it but the gap was still there so I stopped worrying. Also if I hit a bump with the wheel turned I hear some clunking. I remeber it always doing it though, anyone else?
