I have the same gap on my towers. It showed up after the BAT kit install. Someone suggested I had a part upside down but I don't see that. If the lower nut is removed then the cap sits right but that is obviously not a good way to take care of it. I am thinking of finding slimmer nuts but I am not sure really what is going on. It does not seem to be affecting anything so I have not been to worried about. Would like to know what is going on though.
