rear sway bar goes under the car right near the gas tank. try www.spmotorsports.com to look up what they say about various mods.

Here is a pic of our prototype unit:

You could try and fabricate something similar. You have several options on how you may want to design and attach it.

What kind of bar material should I use?
I check out Home Depot and all they have is steel galvanized Conduit pipes. I think they'll work, but they're so heavy. Where can I get some aluminum bars or lighter gauge pipes?

Our brace is made from 1 inch heavy wall ERW tube. For maximum strength you can go to a DOM tube, but it's really overkill. Forget Home Depot and find a proper materials/metal supplier. Then the fun begins as the fabrication/fitting is the difficult part! For maximum strength your brace should be welded in place as mine is.

Can the Performance Fords' rear strut brace be ordered without the additional "diagonal" bar? I need to be able to use the trunk and the fold down rear seats if the item I'm loading is too long. Or I might want to put a subwoofer box right against the rear seats.

Yes it can be a 2 point. Give me the details - weld in or bolt in? Welding is much better as it is much stronger than bolting. It's cheaper for us to fabricate too.

I would prefer bolt-in, cause I don't have access to a welder. Ane also, I want to be able to remove it... let's say, when I'm moving big items...ie, furnitures, boxes.
