JontourSVT has his 18mm bar for sale(didn't know if you missed that). Also with a lot of people replacing their rear bar with the 24mm and other bars you may be able to get a used 19mm from an early SE for little $. You should watch out for rust though on early bars. Probably just have to be carfull what area it comes from, snow belt or not. Mine is rusted pretty bad. It is just peeling paint/surface rust kinda thing though. I suppose you could clean and paint.
