I have the front OMP strut tower brace.
you can tell a diffence with it on.
The main thing i noticed is that when your taking turns fast, and there are bumps in the road and it feels like the tires loss grip or actually jump off the road for a second...well this gets elliminated.
fells much more sturdy/stiff going through the turns.
i think i'm getting the rear sway bar next...i've heard only great things about it
