Well the needles are stock, i just took out all the back lighting for the gauges, so they dont light up orange, they are clear, i actually thought about painting the back of the needles with glow in the dark nail polish, but im not sure if it would give them the yellow tint i was looking for, but they look good clear...
yeah they have a dimmer
