i hear ya! I've been carb-free after 5:00pm for about 3 weeks. I've dropped only 3 pounds but the shirts are definately getting tighter....

The weight it going upward (towards the chest and shoulders....) The belts are getting an extra knotch too! laugh

it sucks - but as i type, I am eating a ton of grilled chicken breast mixed with salad....and of course, a protein shake....

keep it up man. take it as a challenge! go all the way man! laugh
