Don't know if anyone's heard yet, but that "sniper" on top of the State Building's parking garage was.......
A cameraman from Channel 30!!! It turns out that he was on top of the garage with his camera and microphone, wearing a black jacket, and some nitwit called the police and told them there was a "ninja" with a sniper rifle up there.
I feel sorry for delusional people.....I hope they find some help for thier affliction
If they don't, it's probably going to be an arrest for filing a false report and remuneration for the State, for having to call in 100+ officers and Tactical personnel to search the complex.
