I found the hex on the rear head to install the sender.. my question.. it loosens up counter clockwise right? That thing in a pain to take out..it won;t budge..am I missing something.

correct. Turn bolt counter clockwise to loosen. When I did mine I used a 1" extension a swivel then a 3" extension. If you don't have a 1/4" hex socket go buy one. it makes the job a lot easier.

Hey hey are you guys talking bout the mechanical oil pressure gauge, if so were in the hell did you guys install the sender? Also how hard was it to install? Just got mine today, going throught the directions, kind of confusing.

Behind the a/c compressor to the left of the existing sender unit is another hex plug.This goes straight to the main oil gallery,thats where we put ours....

What location do you guys use to get the wires from the passenger compartment to the engine bay????

R/H rear of firewall,between brake booster & cruse module,remove the felt insulation...a hole!.Remove the wiper arms & top plastic covers...feed wire thru.... wink
