The svt sides and rear is a direction fit, just need new bolts. And you would have to buy the custom pre-98 svt bumper from Chris Hightower.
Get ahold of Bill jenkins for the sides, he sells them for cheapest price. Or go to a local junk yard and try and find a wrecked svt.
