Actually, Citroen is written with 2 dots above the e, so the meaning is different in French. Citroen is a pretty big name in Europe, I believe the largest French automaker.
Citron=lemon, not Citroen, with or without the acents on the e. And they sell very well in Europe. What the folks at Citroen apparently didn't know was that some people wouldn't take the time to distinguish between their pretty good cars and a citrus fruit. :rolleyes:
