ok i posted this in the brakes but havent gotten much replay??? is this a common thing ?? can i do something to prevent this?? new rotors?? brakes or something?? casue it just looks plain ugly! ok thanks

Nah man, brakes rust quite easily when exposed to moisture. My brakes rust every time I wash the car. It gets scraped off after a few stops. No big deal.

If you are talking about discoloration on your brake calipers or around the circumference of the discs, you can still clean that up with a good old fashioned session at the sand blaster.

well i just came home and noticed the rust had magically dissapeared!! lol ive just never had a car with exposed rotors so i guess it was new to me oh well thanks
