OK, here we go. I understand lots of you may not be able to make it due to the Easter holiday (a big fat Homer Simpson D'OH on my part) but I hope some of you can come out one or both days. Here's the scoop:

March 29: Atlanta Dragway Fast Friday...

Come to race your car or come to check out the action and hang out with us. $10 to get in and $15 to race your car. If you are a drag race newbie, we can let you know what's up when you get there...just pay and then drive your car towards the Sunoco fuel stataion at the end of the track for tech inspection...AND BE SURE TO WEAR JEANS/PANTS IF YOU ARE GOING TO RACE! Its a safety rule. We usually meet up behind the big press box near the fence surrounding the staging lanes. Let's shoot to all meet there between 6:30 and 7 PM.

Directions are as follows:

I-85 north from Atlanta.
Take the HWY 441/Commerce GA exit (where all the outlet malls are)
Turn left off of the exit ramp.
Cross over the freeway
Take a left at the second light....there is a Pizza hut and a KFC on your left
Take the first right about 200-300 feet down past the pizza hut (there is a sign)
The dragstrip is half a mile down the road on the right. Can't miss it.

March 30, Nopi Regional Car Show....

This will be a nice little car show in which Ryan and I will be entering (unless a corvette happens to show up this week, which I doubt). Regardless of that I will be there though with Ryan mainly to support his ride and the other domestics we hope will be there. I think the show entry fee is $10 or something like that, and the show is from 10 AM to 4 PM. They usually give out awards near the end. Just look for the awesome T-Red SVT and you've found us. Hope you can show or hang out with us. If you are DEFINITELY going to show, let us know so we can get there early and reserve a spot for you.

Directions:

Take 285 to highway 78 West towards stone mountain. Keep heading east on 78 past stone mountain. Nopi is on the left hand side of the road in Snellville. Look for all the show cars. Their website provides a location address and a link so you can enter your own location for driving directions.

Go here to access the NOPI regional site.
