Nice ride, I prefer the newer body style though.

Dude, you can't go wrong with the miata though. If you can budget 4500 for the FM turbo kit (includes everything including the link programable ecu) you will be able to put down over 200hp with stock internals. The gen 1 miata's (90-93) weigh in bellow 2500 lbs, so you can do the math on that. All i can say is drive a turbo miata or ride in one before you decide on the vet.

The tour is going to stay my daily driver. The next "project car" will either be a turbo miata or an rx-7 turbo. I haven't said this before out of respect for the tour, but both the rx and mx just feel right (yeah i know it's there slogan) when you get in and sit down. Seat placement, pedal location, shifter location, gauge layout, etc etc. Ford could lear A LOT from mazda in the ergonomics department. I still can't heel toe right in the tour cause the damn pedals are a mile appart (hence the reason i ordered the sparco bolt on pedal covers) and the damn console has left a permanent indention in my right calf wink

Check out www.flyinmiata.com they are the makers of the FM kits.
