I hope you guys can come to at least one of the two events. If you just want to watch and check out what the drags are like, then its cool...no one is going to force you to race...just come out and have a good time...if you want to lay it down, then they'll be plenty of opportunity for that too.

The show will be fun too. Just come and enjoy the show. I would encourage everyone to show their cars, even if its bone stock....especially you SVT Drivers! Just the fact that your car is an SVT makes it a novelty worth showing off. We take them for granted, but most people don't have much experience with the SVT contour. But if you don't want to show, at least come by and check out what its all about. I'll be there, Alan will be there, and Ryan will be there, so we'll have plenty of space to stand around and shoot the chit. Plus, if we all stand around Ryan's and Alan's cars and attract attention to them, maybe they'll swipe a trophy and make some honda boys jealous!!!!

Anyways, I hope we can have a big turnout for both events. Please let me know your questions/interest.....Remember, its all about you guys and having a good time!

Sorry i cant make it . I didnt realize that was easter weekend, im going out of town. But i doubt i will be finished with the tour. I became quite psycopathic this past weekend. Im trying to hard to finish. I had to slow it down a notch. So im not working on the ole lx for a week or so....

Bummer. But you're right buddy....the only way to do it right is to take your time...don't want to rush it and screw something up...especially with paint that costs, you know, a grand or so a gallon

Sorry you can't make it...but they'll be other shows....Fun Ford Weekend is a BIG one we need to attack in April...plenty of tire smoke, drag racing, swap meet, manufacturer's midway, and car show for EVERYONE!!!!!

That weekend is kinda up in the air for me, but I would love to do the show. We'll see.

Hey John this is chris with the SVT with white rims. I,m ready to race and show. Igot A KKM and Brads exhaust and my vitek plug wires will be here on wed.I,m coming to get you on that 1/4 mile HA HA. I will get my system in by then also. A friend who has a nice sunfire will be at both with me too. To other people who have stock contours numbers mean a lot at a show so it would good to enter just so contours are represented bigtime.

ok guys ill be there if someone can get me directions and times of both days. I just got my car out of the shop and its fast as a mo fo and i want to run it and show it off so just email me or just post it and i will be there ready to race and possibly throw down a couple of beers (on the second day of course)
