does anyone know a good tool to get those little plastic caps off that cover the bolts, i'm trying to rewire my fog lights and don't want to scratch under my steering wheel.

Welcome! I always used a really really small flathead screwdriver. But if you're really worried of scratches, try a peice of strong tape - put it on and then jerk it off really fast.

On the Fog lights topic. What is a good price for OEM Foglights for a 95 Contour?? I want to get them in blue if possible.. Thanks Guys!!!

OEM's don't come in blue. PIAAs run around 150-200. I would pay for stock go aftermarket. -Andy

An 8 lb hand sledge did the trick for me! Actually, that just happens to be my tool of choice. 
98.5 SE Sport badgeless, MTX, KKM, SVT exhaust with resonator intact. 1985 Z51 Vette with many mods. Only used when the Tour appears to be outclassed.

I just used a flat head myself it worked fine.

i used a flathead screwdriver to take off one of them, but the other is jammed in there pretty good, i'll see what i can do, thanks for the advice
