I've got AutoMeter Phantom gauges. They are backlit. Each gauge comes with a clear bulb and colored "rubbers" to fit over the bulb for different color backlighting. I used the green one. It kinda matches the green on the SVT dash gauges and it's easy on the eyes. Good idea to wire them into the dimmer circuit, too.

They say "Guns don't kill people, people kill people." Then why the hell don't they outlaw people?

Autometer Phantoms average about $50 each @ Summitt. Depends on the gauge.

I have a 99, 4 cylinder. I want a RPM gauge. I like the 3 gauge pod but don't need three. I wonder if they make a single gauge pod for the panel between the side window and windshield. I could even put a small gauge where the coin holder is.
Does the 4 cyl. engine have a terminal to run a RPM gauge??
Can anyone suggest an econimical gauge that will match the cars interior??
Please give me your opinion.

Thank You,
Charley

I love the look of the VDO gauges. They seem to be the closest in appearanc to the SVT's gauges (orange/red needle, black base). Does anyone know if they are back-lit? Thats the only thing holding me back from getting them!

Any other suggestions or better yet night time pics?!
