It's one of those "it takes money to make money" things...if I'm paying 20K a year for school (i.e. loan time) I don't think I'll be able to afford another loan. Or, I don't think a bank would want to give me a loan. Bank - "Let's see, you're paying 20k a year for school for two years, and you don't have a job, and you want to borrow more money?" :rolleyes:
I agree, though, buying would be ideal.
