well it does say "owners and fans of SVT" so that means anyone can come be a part of it. I'd like to see a big gathering there from our southwest group even though it's short notice.

I will make that-- sounds like a great chance to show our fellow --SVT-- owners that we are out there. We the CONTOURS are alive- and full of spunk, I will be there.

I want to be there badly. If the SVT is done I will be.
If it's true that we are here to help others, then what exactly are the others here for?

ps its is at 75ave and McDowell Pioneer Ford-- you kind of threw me off - thinking they opened up another ford dealership or something---
and I called the gal putting it on- and she said they would be parking people at 3:30 so I will be there then- unless you want to meet somewhere just before- so we go in together and guarentee we park together- o and she said just about everyone will be getting a svt prize - lots of door prizes and stuff- drawings and stuff- and it is going to be free to join for the 1st year- pioneer is paying for it all- and I guess Sanderson tried to do something like this and never pulled it off.

Funny, you posted that, I just spoke with kristen also and she gave me the whole run down too. Sounds like it is gonna be awesome. And yes that is a correction on the address. I just typed the article as listed in the arizona republic. I thought is sounded fishy too.
Pioneer Ford, 75th ave and Mcdowell. Everyone with an SVT NEEDS to be there. Like DarkerImage said there will be free membership in their SVT club and door prizes plus food. She also said that the head of the SVT division in detroit is coming down to be at the meeting. Cool. There will be specific SVT parking on the lot. She said they were gonna try to seperate the parking into Lightning, Mustang, Contour and Focus so it sounds like we can all park together when we get there. I am salivating just thinking about it. Plus I can check out the new Foci when I'm there.
The lady that was on the phone was very cool and sounds like she is gonna put together a great meeting.

I started my car last night so it looks promising to make it.
