He's developing a cold air intake for the Zetec and we've needed a pre-98 to check fitment on. There are slight deviations under the hood between yours and mine and there are no others in the group anymore to compare against.
Yeah, the R134a is just about anywhere. Sounds like you know how to do it, but my info is here if you run into any problems (FYI, the Lo-pressure side of your system is near the battery).
The Zetec is a fun little engine. It isn't quite as nuts as some of the newer 4-bangers coming out, but the good mix of HP and TQ help, I think.
Thanks for the props on the power numbers. I'd like to say I'm just an awesome tuner, but the fact is I think I got lucky and landed a factory freak
