LOL - ghetto, huh? Well, I was young and dumb (now I'm just dumb) and didn't realize the first warranty offered by the Ford dealer I bought it at would be something 3rd party. Ya live and learn.
Yes, they should honor this w/out so much hassle. I verified that this shop uses the same book for labor times as the warranty company, so deviation should be small. On top of that, the guys mentioned they'd check other things and see if they could come up w/ anything else to replace
