I'm back in business for next Saturday! Had no problems getting the repairs authorized (except for waiting a day longer than I planned). I'm also proud to announce I was right about a bearing going bad. Here's what was replaced:
1 - Timing belt tensioner pulley
2 - Timing belt idler pulley
3 - Serpenting belt tensioner pulley
4 - Timing belt
Hesitation upon throttle tip-in is gone. Now it's back to modding! (Or thinking about modding, anyway)

i'll be there with one silver svt -- suggestions on place to meet beforehand- or do most of you have things to do before - what time are you thinking that we should be there for optimal space- at somepoint they will not let us add any more of our tours. does anyone have a number -or contact for someone in charge up there? i will be ready - all day except for like 2hrs to get the car all cleaned up--

I definitely like the idea of meeting somewhere. I'll gladly offer up my pad, but it's seriously West of you guys. However, that would give us a chance to actually cruise on the way because you know we'll probably all be leaving one at a time, which means we won't get to drive in a pack.

how many spaces are reserved??? and were you under the impression that as long as we got there is a reasonable time-2-3 we could take enough for all of us-- looking at 8-12 of us?? cars--
