If the squeak is the only thing that is bothersome, pick up some brake cleaner from Pep Boys. From what I hear the sand and dust out here builds up on the pads. The heat from the friction melts it into glass and it coats the pads. Not sure if it's true but it sounds good. Check the bat catalogue if you want to step up.
