We've all seen dynos and there is more than a 5HP difference for stock SVT's of any years. Regardless what years you are comparing.

I do find it hard to believe that they would say (in that turbo'd duratech article) there were new SVT cams just to talk out loud though. I don't find it hard to believe they changed specs to accomodate the higher CR. (the 44cc drop in size in nothing compared to this raised CR for tuning) After all they still use the (SVT)engine in europe and knew they would be...
The pistons??? We all know for a fact they are different. The brochure and sell sheet say Forged Alloy, but we know how accurate they can be at times. Would be nice if they were though. Anyone willing to pull one out for us and check?
