the camera I was using just plain sucks....it doesn't represent the lights very well. The picture above you see of the street is a 2 way street...comparable to something sbout 3 lanes wide. they light up both sides of the street. The camera only seems to capture the brightest light. Also they project pretty far. I can't put an actual measurement, but, they're better than the regular high beams, atleast in terms of "usable light" Definitley worth it, atleast on this car.
