Yeah i saw somethin like that the other night. It was like 1030 and we were goin to my friends work and at the very back of this huge parking lot there are 3 cars lined up with their hoods up. Ones an early 90's protege, another is a really old school celica and the third was a really old accord i think. The protege and the accord had strobes in the headlights and those were the only mods to the whole group. No rims or even flashy hub covers or anything. We laughed at em and pointed when we drove by...it was great fun.
