To answer your question:
Most folks here have used the PIAA 510s. They are a direct size match for our lens size, and they seem to work reasonably well.
I have installed the 510 fog lights in my SVT and I have the following feedback...they work "OK" for a fog light, but my old $75.00 Hella Halogens were like 3x as bright (and 3x as big!).
I have had the distinct misfortune of having BOTH of my lenses crack, one of which happend while washing the car while the fogs were on. Shame on me for spraying a hot lens with cold water, but I wonder if the second one did not crack while driving through an icy puddle. I will be calling PIAA shortly to see what they can do for me.
For installation on the PIAAs, you should do a lot of searching on here. I had a great thread of replies when I looked for install info about 3 months ago.
Lastly, I bought mine for $188.00 from an online vendor that I can't recall...search thru Google, you can find plenty of them.
