I have the APC Glow Lights, the 4" round puppies and they are BRIGHT. Even brighter than my buddy's PIAA's, plus they only cost $60 form Murrays. Way better value if you ask me!!!
And they take replaceable H3 bulbs to so you can upgrade later if you want too.
They come with a full harness, switch and everything that is almost identical to the PIAA's , oh and when you turn them off they glow for a few minutes which look kinda cool.
