buchsvt is right...it just takes 2 very thin flat head screw drivers. Just be very carefull not to scratch/dent the chrome surrounding. I did this a bit because I wasn't being patient enough.
Anyways Just make sure you use 2 small screwdrivers...one to pry and one you slip in to the opening and pry...etc...And be patient
