Haven't had any major pitfalls/problems (yet). Everythig has been pretty much straight forward. Only real hard part was 1. getting the trans back onto the engine on my own! and 2. getting everything aligned on the subframe was a bit of a PITA. That took a while.
Ahem ahem, BNM has cores in stock for those manifolds, ahem. laugh

Simon, Are you using the SVT motor mount? I dont see it in the pictures, if the front is the one closest to the radiator. Good luck with the installation. Ed

No I'm not. At the time I found out that it wouldn't fit without modification I don'thave the equipment to modify it and I didn't have the time to waist on waiting around to find someone I knew who had a dremel or something so I went ahead and just put my old one back in, I wish I could have used I really do. MUCH sterdier then the stock one, especially with the ES Inserts!!. It's fine though, it's not ripped or torn so I'll just make do!. I'm on a time crunch to get my car back up and running again, hence why it's one thing more thing I didn't want to have to mess around with. I'll probably be selling it if anyone is interested??

Dude, all you need is a drill and enlarge the hole a few mm. Short of a drill, you can use a dremel. You'll definitely want the SVT mounts in there! Rear mount fit without modification.

I have the rear SVT mount on, just not the front. So it's half way good. I have too many other things to worry about right now then messing around with the SVT Front mount....lol.
Plus it's already bolted in and don't want to do it all over again!

Hey Simon maybe you should take off the manifolds and send them to Terry to be "gutted" properly before you do the engine install. Also if you were to that, you'll need the MILS from Dallas Mustang, they work, trust me wink Glad you got the engine because now you can just keep that clean ass Tour you have! Good luck with everything smile

If i wasn't on a time crunch to get the car running I would do that Roger. But it would take to long to have to wait for their return and wait for the MILS to arrive etc.
I just want to get the car running again!! lol. It's been WAY to long (10 months!).

I wish my car was clean! It's never been so dusty. I can't wait to give her a nice long bath and a good waxing laugh :p
