some of the cougar concepts had some nice body kits. I think the cougar s was almost made but canned at the last second. too bad...

it has the roush kit on it...as of now there are only 2 or 3 cougars (at least registered on our boards) with the 3.o litre engine and SVT manifolds.

My buddy has a cougar XR, body kit, hood scoop, and some cool looking 17s. No engine mods though..

I could have swore I when looking at a MT Car buyers guide for I think 99 or 00 seeing a option or model - Cougar S , that included the "195 hp SVTc motor" anyone else seen this ? was this planned before the death of cont/myst ? confused

Well, all of you are on the right track here. There was going to be an SVT version of the car, but it got scrapped after Ford handed our cars their walking papers... Too bad though, I wonder how that car would have turned out. But, you know, you can always put an SVT D-Tech in a Cougar and call it the SVT Cougar... :p wink

that car has a 99-00 wings west kit on it.

The Cougar S prototype was just recently auctioned off. Can't remember what price it sold for but it was way high.
