Dog doo - the new anthrax :rolleyes:

My townhome complex are dog doo nazi's. If they come clean up your dog's doo, they charge you $25 per PILE! I have a neighbor that lets his pug run around and crap anywhere. I just use the pooper scooper every couple days. I don't think its a bio hazard though...
