That's Ford's own extended life coolant. The Toyota red coolant is nothing more than regular coolant with a red dye. I'm not sure if you know this already, base stock coolant is colorless. They make it green/red/orange/... to make it easier for people to tell if it's coolant or other fluid.

I remember someone strongly opposed about polishing the manifold like that saying the stock powdercoating is there for heat sinking or something? I'm not sure about that, but I LOVE how it look polished.
