Hmm, not sure what you mean. I have a remote starter on my SVT, and many friends have them on their manual tranny cars... Here's how mine functions, maybe this can help you:

Driving the car I have to come to a stop, set the handbrake, leave the car in neutral and clutch out, then press the "start" button on my remote. I then remove my key while the car keeps running. I exit the vehicle and when I arm the alarm, the doors lock and the engine & parking lights shut off.

1- Clutch switch is not disabled, it does get bypassed by the electronics when the
starter is armed. Otherwise if I'm just using the alarm you have to clutch in to start the car.

2- PATS system is bypassed when the starter is armed. Otherwise it still functions as OEM intended.

3- When the starter is armed, touching anything will kill the ignition and prevent the car from starting. You have to exit the vehicle. The engine will not shut off unless all doors are locked. If you open any door, the remote starter is disarmed.
